Open to everyone, this is the course to step into the world of trail running. Short but punchy: two climbs up to the ridge, then the last 5 km almost entirely downhill to Tramelan.

Open to everyone, this is the course to step into the world of trail running.

A short but punchy route. First you climb up to the ski club chalet and onto the ridge, then you descend halfway down the Saint-Imier valley.

After a short flat stretch, you climb back up to the ridge above Cortébert. The hardest part is behind you.

The last five kilometres are almost entirely downhill, all the way to Tramelan and the finish line.
