If you choose to take poles, you must have them throughout the race.

The La Découverte course is accessible to all and allows you to enter the world of trail running.

La Découverte is a short but nervous route which begins with a climb to the Chalet du ski Club and the ridge. There follows a descent halfway up the St-imier valley. After a small flat passage, an ascent on the ridge above Cortébert. You will have done the hardest part. The last 5 km will be almost all descent to Tramelan and the finish line.
